My thermostat needed to be replaced. I stopped in the Celina office where Janine was 100% helpful and patient with me and my situation making many calls and sharing several images with multiple service people to answer my questions. Thank you Janine. I have been a customer with CW Service allowing Janine to see the heating system I have and to recommend the correct replacement part and schedule an appointment for the next morning. Adam and Justin were very courteous and knowledgeable. My appreciation to all of the members of CW Service. Nancy

Waited from 1/28/24 when they came to diagnose crack in pipe problem in summer kitchen bathroom. Said no problem easy quick fix. Was here for .25 hour paid over $220 .. Still on 2/22/24 could not come to fix. Multiple phone calls. Got nowhere.(but today did say they could be here in few more weeks) was told total will be just under $400.water softener has been out clothes all rusty ,toilets and showers. From being without water softener for a month .Hiring a different plumber to come fix. Refuse to give any refunds say that that was for my services. Only thing done was just diagnosed problem.

However, we had a technician at your house on 01/30/24 and you wanted a cost estimate before any repairs were done. You were given a cost estimate for the repairs that needed to be done at your mother’s home, and you said you would have to do some checking and call back. You then called back on Thursday 2/22/24 and wanted someone to come do the repairs that day. Our scheduling department advised that we were booked up for this week and would be able to schedule you the following week. They went through multiple available dates and times with you and you advised you were not available on the days that were offered to you. Due to your scheduling conflicts you advised March 14th was the first available day that would work for you for your repairs. Thank you for contacting CW Service.

Only people I'd call evem with the messed up mess qe had they were on it and made sure we were taken care of and had water. Definitely dependable service and people and wouldn't go anywhere else.
